What should I expect with my first massage? Well for your first time, be open and up front if you feel nervous or scared. I am not here to intimdate you or make you feel afraid. My goal is for you to relax and enjoy your first massage experience.

Do I need to take all my clothes off? No, you should undress to how you feel most comfortable with. Remember you will be fully covered by a sheet and blanket.

Do I have to be covered at all times? Yes! It is required by law that you are covered while getting a massage. The only time you are not covered is when I am working on an area.

What's with all the water? Drinking water is vital to pushing toxins that we release into your blood stream. When you don't drink enough water you can feel symptoms like that of being extremely sore, like you're getting the flu, or the general feeling of being run over by a big truck.

I am starting to feel sick, can I still get a massage? Because I work with the public so much, it is better to wait until you are feeling better. When you do feel like you are getting sick please call me and I will be happy to reschedule you.

I just found out I am pregnant, can I still get a massage? Yes, I do massage in the first trimester. I will however require you to be in a side-lying position for your massage.

Do you take insurance for massage? Unfortunately, I do not insurance at this time.

At Healthy Solutions I gladly accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. On locations I gladly accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover via Square, and Paypal. I also do direct billing to you for a small additional fee.
